- Email address

- Usage Data
Usage Data

Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on Our Service. See our Cookies Policy for details.
AI Chat Assistant
Our Service offers an AI chat assistant. When you use it, the messages you send are processed by a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate a response. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
We store chat transcripts for up to 60 days to operate and improve the assistant, after which they are deleted automatically. We may also keep an anonymized copy of conversations, with personal details removed, to measure and improve answer quality. If you choose to share contact details such as a work email, we use them to follow up with you. The assistant generates answers automatically and can be imperfect, so we connect you with our team for anything that needs confirmation.
Website Visitor Identification (B2B)
Allerin is a business-to-business company. To understand which organizations are interested in our services, we use automated tools that identify the company associated with a visit from its network/IP address and append publicly available business firmographics (industry, size, location). For this we use third-party data providers including ipapi.is, IPinfo, and Apollo. This company-level identification does not identify you personally and is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in business-to-business marketing.
For visitors located in the United States only, we may also use an identity provider (Vector) to identify the individual professional associated with the visit. This may include your name, work email address, job title, employer, and LinkedIn profile, matched from third-party business databases. We use this solely to follow up about our services. Consistent with US privacy law, this operates on an opt-out basis: it applies unless you opt out — by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, declining our cookie banner, or emailing [email protected]. We do not perform person-level identification of visitors outside the United States.
Categories of personal information involved: identifiers (name, work email), professional or employment information (employer, job title, LinkedIn), and internet activity (pages viewed on our Website). We do not sell this information. Person-level records are deleted within 90 days unless you become an active business contact. To access, correct, opt out of, or delete this information — or to ask us not to identify you — email [email protected]. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data to: provide and maintain our Service; manage Your account; perform a contract; contact You with updates; provide news and offers; manage Your requests; for business transfers; and for analysis and service improvement.
GDPR Privacy
We may process Personal Data on the basis of consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, vital interests, public interests, or legitimate interests. Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, object to, erase, or transfer Your Personal Data, and to withdraw consent.
CCPA Privacy
California residents have the right to notice about collection practices, to access collected data, to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data, to delete Personal Data, and not to be discriminated against. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] or contact us. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out preference signal.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us Personal Data, please contact us.
